My First Christmas Charity is Coming!

So,

I am very excited about my Christmas Charity. 10% of all my orders from October to December 1st, from all of my shops, will go towards buying gifts for children with cancer. This year my sales have increased and I felt the need to give back. Cancer runs in my family, but it seems to effect my relatives at a late stage in their lives. My mom died of it when I was three. To this day, I can remember how sick she was, seeing her in the hospital, and the day she peacefully went away in her sleep as I laid next to her. I've watched many lose their life to this deadly disease. So, this year I decided I wanted to visit kids with cancer. Like my relatives, they are in a fight for their lives and doing it at very young ages. They may not get the chance to live a full life, so I just wanted to help put a smile on their faces even if it's for a day. Keep up with me for updates. XOXO

The love of Stationery

I can design and make lots of things but I think what I love most is doing designs for special occasions and stationery. Maybe because those things are most memorable to people. I told my husband I can't wait till we get married and have kids. "Um babe we are married," he says. Nope I won't believe it, not till I have the wedding of my dreams in 2010 I hope. At first it never mattered to me but after being married by the justice of the peace who didn't even read from the bible, I'm just not satisfied. Don't get me wrong getting hitched was a fun and spontaneous thing. But, now this Princess want's more. Hmmmm....the thought of designing my own invitations and things makes me all bubbly inside. And when the kids come it will be scrap booking for life!!!:)

So for now the occasions of family, friends and my customers will have to do!! My good friend Debbie is like major pregnant, I'm having fun doing shower invitations. Now my cousin just got engaged at her brothers wedding, and she made me Made of Honor...never been that before...(daydreaming) aghhh more designs!
